Caricature of the Week

I thought it would be nice to feature one of my favourite caricatures each week and allow you to order it as the Caricature of the Week.

Last week I completed a caricature for a couple who were classed as super parents. So, what better way to celebrate their achievements as super parents than by making them into 'Super Parents'.

The Super Parents caricature features the parents in traditional superhero costumes together with all the vital equipment necessary for them to carry out their role: nappies, baby bottles, dummies/pacifiers etc

You can order the Super Parents caricature in any size although the A3 framed does look particularly stunning.

It's Been a Crazy Few Weeks!

It certainly has been a crazy few weeks with all of the Christmas orders. I think that most people are amazed by the quality and size of the finished prints. The 24" x 36" caricature prints are simply stunning!!

With Christmas orders almost out of the way I can look forward to updating the website with more examples of the caricatures.

Wedding Caricatures

I managed to update the wedding caricatures page the other day. I have completed dozens of wedding caricatures over the years and have included a couple of them in the gallery. I hope to update the caricature gallery over the next few days with lots more examples.

One of the recent additions to my portfolio is the use of wedding newspapers i.e. I create a special newspaper page in which I include your wedding caricature. These really are special and are quite unique!

Black and White Caricatures

Had an e-mail tonight from a customer asking if I offer black and white caricatures. Simple answer is 'yes' although I very rarely get asked for them.

The method is exactly the same for drawing the black and white as well as the colour caricatures. They are printed in the same professional lab.

Draw Me - New Site Launch

Well, after launching the new look Draw Me caricature site over at www.drawme.com.au I thought I would start blogging about the developments and recent caricatures drawn.

The site has been developed with plenty of colour and clean layout. The focus is on the caricatures with plenty of examples available over on the caricature gallery pages.
